My Music Projects

This project is a short Jazz album that I recorded with the Ken Weiner Jazz Band. My aim with this particular project was to capture the performance of the room as best I could. I recorded the band on a 32-track API legacy console into Pro Tools using outboard gear when necessary. I then mixed the band within Pro Tools and applied small amounts of mastering to get the music in the appropriate loudness range of modern music.

Sprint Vector Soundtrack produced by Spencer Kitagawa. My contributions on the project included mixing assistance, music prototypes for early demo versions of game, and mastering assistance.

This project features singer-songwriter George Sarantinos in his single “For Now Waiting”. I produced this project, helping George decide on song structure, tonality, and instrumentation. I then recorded the project to a click track, composed the project in Pro Tools with some help from Ableton, and mixed the track in Pro Tools. This song features several layers of recorded guitars for stereo imaging, piano, lead and layered group vocals, and live drums.

Here is a link to my personal SoundCloud page where I compose electronic music as a hobby. My personal musical style is inspired by musicians like ODESZA, Coldplay, and Tame Impala. Making sounds from scratch is something I am very passionate about. I enjoy recording my own sounds like nature ambiances and incorporating them into my own hobby music. I use Ableton Live for composition, as well as Native Instruments Komplete as a sample library.
